The abbreviated hand determinant is on the left. A pair of si4 snake symbols 巳  on top. In the oracle bone script these were clam shells representing the collected valuable objects. Beneath and to the right is the gong character which means 2 hands of at least 2 people picking up 1 object together. That gong means collective cooperative work.
