Lavrov: Russia will introduce Resolution at UN

Like you may know, it seems Russia will be chairing the UN Security Council.
Russia’s Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, states that Russia intends to introduce a UN Resolution on Ukraine.

Well, I am sceptical, only because the U.S. and Russia so deeply distrust each other, and either could veto the others action. Further, I wonder what kind of text would, even if agreed to, actually help Ukraine.

So, I’m open to suggestions, or drafts of proposed texts: feel free to post your thoughts (commenting is enabled).
