SAMPLE
SYLLABI
Three sample syllabi follow from some of the courses I have offered in the past: Contract Law at Humboldt University, Berlin, Germany. Corporate Criminal Law at Nanterre University, Paris France, and Law and Economics at Humboldt University, Berlin. These syllabi will be the basis for three of the courses I propose to offer in Ukraine. They will be updated to bring in materials in Russian and Ukrainian as well as current issues specifically facing Ukraine. These syllabi incorporate the documents listed in the bibliography file by reference. The materials in the bibliography provided are integral to these syllabi. Most of the materials linked though not all were authored by the applicant, Eric Engle. Almost all are linked to the internet, and all can be found on the internet, usually at SSRN.

PAPER
TOPICS
Look at some aspect of any of these issues in national,
EU, or international law. I don't recommend to do a comparison: pick
one legal system and work within it.
Paper ideas :
I am
looking for a well structured argument well supported by facts and
legal authority.
Possible topics (we refine them in person or
by email) -- you look at any of these in the law of One country Or
the EU Or International law Or EU and National law Or EU and
International law. The jurisdictional boundary there limits your
topic to something manageable.
