This is the closest you will come to seeing a “Kurzkommentar” such as Palandt on the U.S. Constitution. It looks really good. It is NOT an authority you can cite before courts. It DOES have links to lots of cases whch you Can and Should cite. Those cases in turn will be cited by other cases. The job of the common law lawyer is to find relevant cases, distinguish or analogize facts of those cases to the case at bar, and to argue for the desired outcome.
