In principle each session we will do two cases; in practice we will go through the book in order, not skipping anything. If you have read 3 cases ahead then we are certain to have plenty to talk about.
Today will be the end of our discussion on federal powers generally and the start of our discussion on foreig relations power. We will return to social democracy later in the course, though if you have questions about social democracy and federal power ask them today.
I hope to listen more and to talk less this session. Thank you for your patience with the lectures, there was simply too much information to communicate without sufficient time to ask your opinions and train you on argumentation. I really hope to do some of that (discussion!) today.
